- Provide direct services to facility residential clients (e.g., ICF-DD, Supported Living) (e.g., assist client(s) with completion of various programming needs & requirements (e.g., monitoring and passing medication(s), client assigned house chores, meal preparation), personal care needs (e.g., proper dress, hygiene), & documenting clients' cooperation, activities, behavior issues; ensure health & safety of clients is maintained in accordance with delegated nursing guidelines.
- Monitor facility (inside &outside perimeter) on a routine basis to ensure safety of clients, staff & the community at-large; ensure clients conduct themselves as directed while in the community &/or other public establishments; maintain client schedule to account for whereabouts of all clients at all times; performs routine coverage duties (e.g., maintains logs, files, activity records, MAR and client safety checks).
- Meet with program staff, clients, regarding specific cases (e.g., individualized service plan); track client activity in order to ensure information is accurate, consistent & maintained in the proper location & format in accordance with established laws, rules, policies & procedures; receives telephone inquiries from public, clients' family members, probation/parole authorities regarding procedures, rules & guidelines & refers to authorized staff; sorts, distributes mail.
- Supervise staff to ensure compliance with program requirements. Provide administrative quality assurance checks to ensure the house is operating according to provide guidance. Set staff schedules & accomplish other administrative tasks, related to the home, as necessary.
- Supervise & coordinate activities of shift staff (e.g., prepares & revises work schedules & assignments according to workloads, productivity expectations); participate in interview & selection process & recommends disciplinary action when appropriate; conducts performance evaluations; approves/denies leave requests when appropriate; trains new employees.
- Attend & participate in internal & external meetings as client's agency representative (e.g., individual service plan meetings, behavior support review meetings, vocational meetings)
- Interface with client service team members regarding changes in services or needs, reporting of MUI/UI's, court appearances, medical appointments, etc.
- Other related duties, assigned (e.g., attend in-service training programs, external professional development training; serve as DD Services Manager- On-Call (MOC), as assigned, including providing coverage to ensure appropriate staffing levels).

POSITION SUMMARY
This position will oversee activities of assigned programs/facilities for DD Services. Thorough knowledge of assigned program(s) is required, including social work theories, interventions, evaluation techniques & treatment systems. The Program Manager will demonstrate leadership skills, in order to ensure clients are engaged on a routine basis, utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques, foster & promote healthy decision making & positive interpersonal skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Performs direct supervisory tasks (e.g., interview, select employees, recommend discipline, respond to grievances, conduct performance appraisals; approve/deny leave requests; conduct staff meetings), as required for residential program/ facility oversight.
- Oversees activities of assigned DD programs &/or facilities providing independent program related services as required by contractors (e.g., DODD), external entities with which business is conducted &/or evaluated (e.g., county DD agencies, DODD), agency requirements (e.g., develops, implements and evaluates program policies & procedures for assigned program(s); ensures consistency in interpretation of agency policies, procedures & contracts & provides guidance for, or independently establishes operational protocol; assist program managers, or other assigned staff (e.g., DD) with cases involving extreme behaviors requiring support &/or assistance from local authorities (e.g., police, emergency medical services, health & safety officials) &/or which present potential hazard to assigned staff &/or facility (e.g., exposure to diseases, violence &/or threats, safety hazards).
- Maintains confidentiality of client and employee information, files, data; develops & implements operational goals & objectives; reviews case files for compliance with federal, state laws, agency standards, rules & accreditation guidelines.
- Acts as a community advocate, in order foster and promote good neighbor perspectives, observances, and experiences; reviews statistics regarding services for specific program activities, trends, industry research results; assists external entities with difficult &/or sensitive inspections, investigations (e.g., county DD agencies).

Job Description:
We are looking for an Office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Office manager responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees. Previous experience as a Front office manager or Office administrator would be an advantage. A successful Office manager should also have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.
Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

Requirements
• Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
• Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
• High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
